Deskripsi

Systemic toxicity is a component of the biological reactivity test that determines the systemic biologic reaction of animals to plastics and other polymers through injection of a single dose of specially prepared extracts from samples. Medical equipment composed of plastics and polymers that will come into direct or indirect contact with the human body may be examined.
In-vivo systemic toxicity testing was performed on mice. All activities involving animals will always be held accountable by adhering to 5 principles of animal welfare
