BioTechnology Laboratory
SIG Biotechnology Laboratory is a DNA-based (biomolecular) testing laboratory including qualitative and quantitative GMO testing (target promoter/terminator/specific event), ruminant DNA detection, specific DNA identification of porcine, bovine, and chickens using the PCR method.
The Biotechnology Laboratory is provided with several facilities such as real-time PCR, conventional PCR, Gel-Documentation System, and other supporting equipment. The test method used is the standard method or the validated internal method to provide valid and reliable test results.
