Jakarta, March 9, 2026 — SIG attended the Public Consultation Forum (FKP) organized by the National Agency of Drug and Food Control (BPOM), bringing together PPPOMN, UPT PPPOMN, and BPFI/BPL User Forum 2026. The event served as a platform for discussion between regulators and stakeholders to enhance the quality of drug and food testing services in Indonesia.
The forum gathered various stakeholders and service users as part of efforts to strengthen collaboration, increase transparency, and encourage continuous improvement in providing more effective and responsive testing services that meet the needs of the industry.
Collaborative Forum for Enhancing Testing Services
The Public Consultation Forum (FKP) organized by the Center for Development of Drug and Food Testing (PPPOMN) together with the Technical Implementation Units (UPT) of PPPOMN aims to gather feedback from service users. The forum also serves as a platform for dialogue between BPOM and stakeholders to evaluate the quality of services that have been implemented.
Through this forum, participants are able to provide various inputs regarding laboratory services, testing procedures, and service innovations expected to support a more effective drug and food regulatory system.
In addition to the FKP, the event also featured the BPFI/BPL User Forum, which serves as a communication platform between laboratory service providers and service users to improve quality, efficiency, and transparency in the testing process.

On the same occasion, SIG also received a certificate of appreciation from the National Agency of Drug and Food Control (BPOM) as recognition of the company’s commitment to maintaining orderly administrative processes in testing services in accordance with applicable regulations. The award was presented to SIG with the title:
