Bogor, May 5, 2026 – As part of management’s commitment to supporting a sustainable company and increasing employee health awareness, PT Saraswanti Indo Genetech (SIG) organized the Health Talk MCU 2026 with the theme “Managing a Healthy Lifestyle and Understanding Metabolic Syndrome.”
The event, facilitated by the HSE team of PT Saraswanti Indo Genetech, served as an educational and consultation platform for employees following the company-wide medical check-up (MCU) program. Through this activity, the company hopes employees can better understand their health conditions and implement healthier lifestyles in their daily activities.
In this event, SIG invited two speakers from Siloam Hospitals Bogor, namely dr. Jiemsfield, Sp.PD and dr. Elisa, Sp.GK. Both doctors delivered presentations on the importance of maintaining health through a balanced lifestyle and improving understanding of metabolic syndrome, which has become one of the major health issues faced by modern society today.
During the presentation session, participants received education regarding the risk factors of metabolic syndrome, including unhealthy eating habits, lack of physical activity, stress, and sedentary lifestyles. In addition, the speakers emphasized the importance of early detection through regular medical check-ups as a preventive measure to reduce the risk of degenerative diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, and cardiovascular disease.
The event was conducted interactively with high enthusiasm from employees. During the consultation and Q&A sessions, participants had the opportunity to discuss directly with the doctors about their MCU results, healthy eating patterns, weight management, and ways to maintain health amid daily work activities.
