Active Substance Determination
An active substance (drug) is a chemical substance that has a therapeutic effect or substance that affects the performance of medicine. Active substances are divided into two main groups, natural active substances (plant extracts) and synthetic active substances.
Information about active substances in a drug must be listed on the label packaging.
