What if I want to retest?

Requests for retesting must be submitted within one month of result issuance via email at cso@siglaboratory.co.id. SIG accommodates one retesting request, prioritizing stored samples. Certain tests, such as microbiology and customer-conducted swabs, are not eligible for retesting.
