Jakarta, March 20, 2025 – It is an honor for SIG to be directly received by Mr. Shahandra Hanitiyo, S.IP, M.Si., Secretary of the Indonesian Quarantine Agency, and his team. The visit, led by the President Director of SIG, Dr. M. Edi Premono, aimed to present and introduce SIG as a laboratory that is a source of national pride, which, within the scope of its services, is expected to help the working programs of the Indonesian Quarantine Agency.
SIG is an independent, SNI ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory that, with over two decades of experience, specializes in testing food safety and quality, including commodities such as fresh plant-based food products (PSAT), fresh animal-based food products (PSAH), and fishery products. With this visit and strategic audience, it is hoped that SIG, as an independent institution, and Indonesian Quarantine Agency, as a policy holder, can synergize to enhance the function of monitoring and supervision of both incoming and outgoing products, ensuring quality and safety for the sovereignty and welfare of society.
