The program was conducted over two days, on September 21 and 24, 2026, covering a total of four classes and attended by more than 100 third year students. Through this program, SIG served as a guest lecturer at the faculty of Food Technology, IPB University. On the first day,two classes were conducted with the support of Prof. Dr .Didah Nur Faridah, S.T.P., M.Si. and Prof. Dr. Nancy Dewi Yuliana. On the following day,the sessions were supported by Prof. Dr. Ir. Hanifah Nuryani Lioe, M.Si. and Dr. Dian Herawati, S.T.P., M.Si. This arrangement was intended to ensure that the material could be delivered comprehensively to a broader number of students from the Faculty of Food Technology at IPB University.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">During the sessions,students were introduced to various analytical approaches used in food safety laboratories, ranging from chemical,biological, and physical analyses to instrumental technologies such as chromatography, atomic spectroscopy, mass spectrometry, and molecular testing. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The sessions also addressed several current issues in food safety and contaminant analysis,including MOSH\/MOAH,PFAS,and food contact materials. In addition, halal testing approaches using PCR and LC-MS\/MS were discussed to provide students with broader insights into application of modern analytical technologies in the food industry.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Each class concluded with a Q&amp;A session, giving students the opportunity to ask questions and explore further how laboratory technologies are applied in food safety.
